Refund and Dispute Policy
Last updated October 27, 2026
1. Our commitment
Escobar Digital Group sells digital marketing services through monthly plans. We do not sell physical products, so there are no returns of goods. This policy explains when a refund applies and how disputes are handled.
2. 7-day satisfaction guarantee
New clients can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of their first charge. Send us an email explaining the reason and we will process the refund within 10 business days.
3. When a refund applies
- The service did not start within the agreed timeframe because of a failure on our side.
- A deliverable had a significant technical defect that was not fixed after 3 documented revision attempts.
- A duplicate or incorrect charge, confirmed by a bank or card statement.
- Cancellation within the 7-day guarantee of the first billing cycle.
4. When a refund does not apply
- Cancellations after the 7th day of the current billing cycle, whether or not the services were used.
- Performance of paid ad campaigns, since results depend on market factors and platform algorithms outside our control.
- Creative or strategic changes requested after the material was reviewed and approved.
- Delays caused by missing information, late approvals or lack of access on the client side.
- Ad spend paid directly to Meta, Google or other platforms, which never passes through us.
5. How to request a refund
Email contact@escodigitalgroup.com with the subject "Refund Request". Include your full name, the email used at checkout, the charge date and the reason. We reply within 2 business days.
6. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to the same card used for payment, through Stripe. Depending on your bank, the credit can take 5 to 15 business days to appear.
7. Disputes and chargebacks
If you do not recognize a charge or disagree with it, please contact us first. Most issues are solved within 2 business days.
If a dispute or chargeback is opened with your card issuer, we will send the payment processor the records of the service provided (agreement, invoices and deliverables). Work on the account may be paused while the dispute is open.
