1. Services
Escobar Digital Group provides digital marketing services through the Basic, Pro and Premium monthly plans described on this site.
2. Billing
Plans are billed monthly in US dollars (USD), through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled as described in the Cancellation Policy.
3. Client responsibilities
- Provide the access, information and approvals needed for the work.
- Pay the ad spend directly to the ad platforms.
- Make sure the offers and claims in the ads are true and allowed.
4. Ownership
Ad accounts, pages and profiles belong to the client. Materials created by us and fully paid for can be used by the client in their business.
5. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last billing cycle. We are not responsible for decisions or outages of the ad platforms.
6. Policies
These terms work together with the Refund, Cancellation, Legal Restrictions, Promotion and Privacy policies on this site.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
