Legal and Export Restrictions

1. Digital services only
Our services are delivered remotely and digitally. We do not ship physical goods, so customs and shipping restrictions do not apply.
2. Sanctions
We do not provide services to people, companies or countries subject to sanctions by the United States (OFAC), the United Nations or Brazil.
3. Businesses only
Plans are sold to businesses and professionals. The person signing up must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the company.
4. Advertising rules
- Every campaign follows the policies of the ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest) and the laws of the place where the ad runs.
- We do not run campaigns for illegal products or services, or for categories the platforms prohibit.
- The client is responsible for holding the licenses and permits their own business requires, and for the truth of the offers they ask us to advertise.
5. Results
Ad and search results depend on the platforms and the market. We do not guarantee specific numbers of leads, sales or rankings.
